My husband and I both work in Las Vegas. I made a deal with my 7 year old daughters father that he can have?
her in Calif during school vacation.Everything was fine until recently. He has stopped paying child support ($100.00) month. Says he got layed off of work. He has never provided for medical. My daughter is a straight A student. Is there any possible way he can take her from me?

Probally not. Whatever you do remember to try to get along for your daughters sake. The kid is inocent.

of course he can not take her from u - u re the only one working parent. and by the way u can demand from him to pay everything he owns u. just go to court and he will have to pay

Is this question about visitation or custody? I am confused about what you are asking. Are you saying that you are considering not allowing him to have visitation just because he's behind on his support? If that's the case, then no, you can't do that. Just because he's behind on his support after being laid off, he still gets to see his daughter. There's no mention in here that he's trying to get custody of your daughter so I'm assuming you weren't talking about that.
