About how does a baseball parlay card work in Las Vegas

How does a baseball parlay card work in Las Vegas?
Only a few casinos offer baseball parlay cards and I was wondering how they work. Do these cards offer the moneylines, runlines, and totals on all games? Also, are the cards printed fresh everyday or is it like football where the card is the same every week and each team corresponds to a different number? I know all about parlays and all of the bets....just need to know about the parlay cards specifically. I am looking to make a high amount of bets in a short period of time...so I have to use the cards!!!

I have never bet a baseball parlay in a casino before but I do play them all the time on Bodog. On there you can play run lines, money lines and totals combined. I just played one Sunday to give you an idea of the payouts on there--I played a 3 team parlay of the Padres -140, Yankees -155, and the Tigers at -150. I bet $40 and won $152. You should be able to play parlays at any casino that has a sportsbook. I am not sure if it comes on a card with numbers or not because the odds change from minute to minute, but you should still be able to walk up to a betting window and describe the parlay you would like to play. Good luck!

The way baseball parlay cards work is with runs. The bigger the money line favorite the more runs they will be favored by. So a baseball parlay card is always - or + runs. The payoffs are always the same unlike baseball moneyline parlays where each one differs. The cards are the same all season but obviously the lines are different daily. The casino will put a print out of the days odds where they put the rest of the odds sheets. Then you just circle in your plays and they run it in the machine like any other parlay card. I hope this answers your question.
